Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will help drive a cohesive launch strategy and execution playbook for one of our newest business lines.
  • You will quickly become an expert about our product, operations, and Merchants.
  • You will be on the forefront of expansion; building models, creating documents, and implementing processes to win deals, accelerate launches, and improve launch quality.
  • Build – Bring structure to undefined opportunities by creating and implementing high-impact playbooks, models, processes, and tools that help us grow new business more quickly and effectively
  • Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Business Development, Logistics, and operations teams to rapidly scale new business
  • Prioritize – Understand the needs of our partners, prioritize those needs by impact, assess tradeoffs, and design solutions to drive both speed and quality outcomes
  • Analyze – Solve key problems with a data-driven, first-principles approach (identification, sizing, pricing, impact, root causing, trade offs)
  • Act with urgency and take ownership; you quickly jump on the most important issues and you are capable of driving multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Have strong cross-functional skills and experience with projects spanning multiple teams
  • You are organized and appreciate the importance of following process and thorough documentation
  • Have previous experience working in eCommerce and/or logistics
  • Are curious about the business and how things work; you ask great questions and are not afraid to challenge the status-quo
