Job Summary

Owns mobile ops and ASO driven content flow, coordinating testing, calendars, budgets, and cross functional collaboration to keep campaigns aligned with industry trends and seasonal checkpoints.

  • A/B testing governance, calendar, app store submissions, and docs.
  • Strong coordination with product, creative, analytics, and finance to move content and campaigns forward.
  • Keeps up with mobile and sports marketing trends to inform planning and execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • manage A/B testing processes and documentation
  • maintain a strategic content calendar
  • coordinate app store submissions in alignment with ASO best practices
  • track invoices and budget allocations
  • set seasonal checkpoints for stakeholders
  • stay current with mobile and sports industry trends
  • manage a variety of administrative tasks and programs critical to mobile sports marketing operations
  • coordinate A/B testing initiatives
  • optimize content based on ASO best practices
  • daily responsibilities include managing project timelines and deliverables

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing operations, project coordination, or related field
  • Experience supporting and analyzing A/B testing methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) best practices and app store submission processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Basic financial acumen, including experience with invoice tracking and budget management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to plan and maintain content calendars in alignment with marketing and business goals
  • Self-starter who stays informed on mobile industry trends, news, and performance best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and process tracking

Preferred

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Familiarity with mobile app performance metrics and analytics tools
  • Prior experience in a mobile-first or digital product environment
  • Exposure to marketing or growth roles within tech or app-based companies
  • Familiarity with sports
