Job Summary

Own the messaging and engagement plan for new solutions while coordinating campaigns, collateral, and stakeholder storytelling to move the product forward.

  • Campaign Planning: Define and run marketing programs for new solutions and track KPI impact.
  • Engagement Programs: Build messaging, events, and assets to grow existing user engagement and new-user acquisition.
  • Narrative & Assets: Create client/executive narratives, case studies, and content to accelerate momentum.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Planning: Assist in defining and executing marketing campaigns for new solutions and measure efficacy against KPIs.
  • User Engagement: Assist in developing programs aimed at securing existing users and acquiring new users including messaging, collateral, events, increasing our engagement with them and measuring the efficacy of such programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Assist in developing client and executive narratives and presentations, case studies, and content such as blogposts and videos, all designed to accelerate the business momentum to better engage stakeholders.
  • Project Support: Assist in executing marketing related tasks within the scope of a larger product or project, under guidance from the manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management, product marketing, strategy consulting or related fields through full time roles, internships or projects.
Preferred
  • Experience marketing AI/ML products, solutions, or research.
  • Exposure to working with product managers and/or research scientists.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly understand and communicate new technologies.
  • Hands-on experience using creative tools (e.g. video editing software, Adobe, Figma).
  • Creative mindset with appetite for experimenting with new marketing approaches for technical solutions.
  • Strong program management and communication skills and passion for marketing, AI, technology, or related fields.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
