Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for 7 to 8 accounts
- Translate client business goals into integrated roadmaps across earned, influencer, and affiliate
- Lead presentations and deliver strategic recommendations
- Ensure clients remain invested in long-term strategic outcomes, not just month-to-month results
- Proactively manage client communication and flag risks before they become problems
- Identify and activate affiliate partnerships with publishers, creators, and platforms
- Integrate affiliate into PR moments including gift guides, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Advise clients on commission structures, partner activation, and performance optimization
- Bring a clear point of view on how earned and affiliate work together to drive measurable revenue
- Build on our existing foundation of affiliate platform relationships and commerce partnerships to grow this practice
- Develop and execute high-impact media strategies alongside leadership
- Cultivate and grow relationships with top-tier editors and journalists
- Oversee pitch development, press materials, and media outreach calendars
- Hold a high bar for earned coverage quality, not just volume
- Monitor results and continuously optimize based on performance
- Identify partners who can bridge influencer and affiliate and activate them effectively
- Integrate influencer into broader campaign and earned media moments to maximize impact
- Understand influencer campaign workflows from development through completion
- Lead brand activations and campaigns end to end
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
Requirements
- 4 to 7+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or integrated communications (agency experience required)
- Strong media relationships and a proven track record of earned media results
- Genuine experience with affiliate and performance marketing
- Ability to manage multiple clients in a high-velocity environment without dropping balls
- Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker who can also execute at a high level
- Collaborative, proactive, and growth / solutions-oriented mindset
