Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Coordination - Support the planning and execution of ABM campaigns across digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Digital, Content, Design, Brand, Product Marketing) to develop targeted assets and messaging
  • Assist in the delivery of personalized marketing programs for key accounts
  • Data Analysis & Insights - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Track engagement metrics and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
  • Build reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders
  • Research & Strategy Support - Conduct account and industry research to inform ABM strategies
  • Help identify target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Support the development of 1:1, 1: few, and 1: many ABM initiatives
  • Sales Collaboration - Partner with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with account strategies
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and capture notes from discovery sessions
  • Support ongoing communication and feedback loops between Sales and Marketing
  • Content & Quality Assurance - Assist in proofreading and quality-checking marketing materials
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Tools & Continuous Learning - Utilize marketing technologies such as CRM, analytics, and ABM platforms to support campaigns
  • Continuously build knowledge of ABM best practices and emerging tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, or other quantitative discipline
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience or familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, WordPress, Wrike, or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing strategies (preferred)
