Aluma Medical Aesthetics

ALUMA was born when our founders recognized the need for healthy collaboration within the medical aesthetics community. With over 30 years of combined experience in the industry, they noticed common trends within the culture - unfair pay structures, dog-eat-dog environments and a lack of client safety protocols. Tired of the greedy medspa mentality, they joined forces to put the power (and dollar bills) back into the hands of the injectors. Together, they're growing Aluma, led by Supervising Physician Dr. Michael Lafkas, to support an empire of like-minded entrepreneurs - and they're just getting started.
