Job Summary

Own end-to-end supplier campaigns from brief to delivery, partnering with brands and Boots teams to drive co-marketing initiatives.

Shape campaign strategies with Planning, Media, Insight and Creative teams.
Manage budgets, timelines and performance reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with supplier brands and Boots partners, getting to know their needs and identifying ways to help achieve their goals.
Develop co-marketing campaigns that balance the objectives of client brands with the needs of Boots shoppers.
Bring ideas to campaign brainstorms and help shape engaging solutions for clients.
Develop and/or activate clear campaign strategies for supplier brand partners.
Manage campaigns against agreed budgets and timelines, ensuring consistently high-quality delivery.
Understand campaign and media performance and communicate results clearly to brands and Boots partners.
Work closely with Planning, Media, Insight and Creative teams to create and deliver effective campaigns.

Requirements

Experience developing, executing and evaluating multiple projects.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Enthusiasm for marketing; experience within an agency, FMCG or retail environment would be beneficial.
Strong numeracy and communication skills.
The ability to build positive relationships and influence a range of stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
A solution-focused mindset and willingness to approach challenges from different angles.
An understanding of retail media and market trends.

Preferred

An agency, FMCG or retail environment would be beneficial.
