Requirements

Ideally 2-3 years paid media experience in agency and recruitment marketing - to have a working knowledge of ATS and the data fluency to blend evidence with creative strategy.
A real knack for making the complex simple — translating paid media terminology, targeting logic and performance into plain, practical language.
Commercial confidence — managing budgets, building rationale and making informed, well-evidenced decisions.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with an eye for spotting and capitalising on new opportunities.
