Job Summary

Own the end-to-end paid media engine across Google, Meta and shopping, driving ROAS and keeping in-house control tight.

  • Paid Media Operations: Plan, set up, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Shopping, Meta, with budget, targeting and testing to hit commercial targets.
  • Feed data quality and management: maintain product feeds across Google Shopping, Meta, and Merchant Center, fix errors and improve data quality to reduce wasted spend.
  • Measurement and attribution: produce performance reporting and optimise based on ROI, while ensuring accurate tracking and reliable attribution across GA and ads platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Shopping, Meta and remarketing platforms. You'll be responsible for campaign setup and optimisation, budget management, audience and keyword targeting, ad testing, product targeting, spend allocation and ROAS performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely, making data-driven recommendations to maximise return on ad spend and ensure investment supports the business's commercial priorities.
  • Manage and optimise product feeds across Google Shopping, Meta and Merchant Center, ensuring product data, pricing, images, availability and categorisation are accurate. Resolve feed errors and improve data quality to maximise campaign performance and minimise wasted spend.
  • Plan and deliver paid media campaigns for product launches, promotions and seasonal trading. Working closely with the Sales & Commercial team, you'll ensure campaigns align with product priorities, stock levels, margins, promotional messaging and business objectives.
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly reports covering spend, revenue, ROAS, conversions, campaign performance and key improvement opportunities. Analyse results, identify trends, highlight wasted spend and provide practical recommendations to improve performance and maximise return on investment.
  • Monitor Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta tracking, Merchant Center and conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance reporting. Identify tracking or data issues and work with internal teams or external partners to resolve them, ensuring reliable reporting and attribution.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to identify website and landing page improvements that enhance campaign performance, including content, messaging, user journey, calls to action and conversion optimisation. You'll provide performance-led recommendations while website ownership remains with the commercial team.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and digital partners by reviewing performance, challenging recommendations, ensuring actions are delivered and helping bring greater control of paid media in-house over time.
