Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading paid media strategy and delivery across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads for a portfolio of purpose-driven clients
  • Building, managing, and optimising campaigns across lead gen, fundraising, and awareness objectives
  • Owning client relationships - running calls, presenting performance, and giving proactive, strategic recommendations
  • Maintaining and maximising Google Ad Grants for eligible charity clients
  • Ensuring robust conversion tracking is in place via GA, GTM, and Meta Events Manager
  • Producing clear, insight-led performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Contributing to internal knowledge-sharing, templates, and team development

Requirements

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience in paid social, with Meta and LinkedIn essential (TikTok a bonus)
  • 2+ years managing Google Ads and/or Google Ad Grants
  • Strong technical knowledge of campaign setup, optimisation, and conversion tracking
  • Confident in presenting data and giving strategic advice to clients
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and genuinely curious about what the numbers are telling you
  • A collaborative, proactive team player who takes pride in their accounts

Preferred

  • Experience working with charities or nonprofits is a nice-to-have
