Responsibilities

• Manage client conversations across Slack and WhatsApp, keeping them updated, in the loop, and confident in the work
• Launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google
• Send clear, sharp weekly performance reports that tell clients exactly where they stand
• Run client calls with confidence and control
• Own client onboarding, getting new accounts set up and producing fast
• Keep clients updated on progress, wins, and what's next
• Drive KPI targets and actively help clients climb to higher revenue levels
• Support clients with content and social media marketing, so their whole presence works together

Requirements

• On the experience side, ideally you've managed client relationships and run paid campaigns before, on Meta and ideally Google too.
• Comfort with tools like Slack and CRMs such as Go High Level or HubSpot is a real plus. But if you're sharp, hungry, and a fast learner, we'd rather train the right person than hire the wrong one with a perfect CV.
