Social Media Management & Content Creation
Develop and manage dedicated Japanese-language Instagram and TikTok accounts for EC Aesthetic Clinic.
Plan, film, edit and publish engaging Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and social media posts.
Create Japanese-language content covering aesthetic treatments, skincare education, clinic experiences, promotions and behind-the-scenes activities.
Confidently appear on camera to introduce the clinic, explain general treatment information and create engaging lifestyle-style content.
Research Japanese social media trends and adapt content to suit Japanese-speaking audiences.
Manage social media comments, direct messages and community engagement.
Monitor account growth, engagement, enquiries and booking conversions.
Work closely with the wider marketing team to plan campaigns and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Japanese-Language Customer Service & Enquiry Management

Requirements

Native-level or fluent Japanese, both written and spoken.
Good spoken and written English.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content.
Confident creating, filming and editing videos independently.
Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally to an audience.
Experience or confidence in handling customer enquiries and communicating with clients.
Friendly, outgoing, organised and proactive personality.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of projects.
Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, aesthetics and social media trends.

Preferred

Social media management or content creation experience.
