Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a relevant scientific, economic or financial discipline.
  • 3+ years of high-volume content production, with a portfolio that shows range and cadence rather than a handful of set pieces.
  • A proactive, creative editorial mindset with a passion for environmental issues and sustainable development.
  • Ability to understand and explain climate models, scenarios, financial materiality, and risk frameworks
  • Ability to work with subject-matter experts and independently structure content from raw or technical inputs.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage or fast-evolving environment
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and content creation workflows (e.g. Notion, WordPress, Canva, Figma, AI-assisted tools).
  • Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
