Job Summary

Own and optimize paid media across Meta, Google and other channels, while managing budgets and pacing to hit CAC, ROAS and payback targets. Lead test-and-learn, report results, and translate insights into where to test, scale or pause. Contribute to retention initiatives to reduce churn, grow LTV and win back subscribers.

Design and run tests across audiences, creative, landing pages and offers.
Feed performance data to brand and partners to influence creative.
Maintain clean tracking and attribution with product/engineering support.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Run and optimise paid campaigns day to day across Meta, Google (Search and Performance Max) and other channels as required
Manage budgets and pacing against weekly and monthly targets for CAC, ROAS and payback
Deliver our test and learn roadmap: set up, run and report on tests across audiences, creative, landing pages and offers
Support retention, which makes up roughly 30% of the role – running tests to reduce churn, grow LTV and win back lapsed subscribers
Produce clear weekly performance reporting, and turn results into recommendations on what to test, scale or stop next
Brief and feed back on paid creative with our brand team, in-house creative resource and external partners, using performance data to shape what gets made next
Keep tracking, attribution and platform set-up in good shape, working with our product and engineering team where needed

Requirements

At least 3 years’ hands-on experience running paid social and paid search, ideally in-house at a high-growth D2C subscription consumer brand
Confident day to day in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; experience with Amazon Ads or affiliate networks is a bonus
Comfortable with numbers: you understand CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback, and can pull and interpret data in GA4, Sheets/Excel or similar
A structured approach to testing – you can design a clean test, run it, and explain what it told you
A genuine interest in subscription economics – churn, cohorts and lifecycle. Prior retention experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Social-first, with a good eye for what makes paid creative perform and a habit of keeping up with platform changes
An AI native, using the best available tools to work faster and smarter
Familiarity with Shopify and Recharge (or similar subscription platforms) is a plus
Organised, proactive and hungry to learn, with the ambition to take on more and develop as the business grows

Preferred

experience with Amazon Ads or affiliate networks is a bonus
prior retention experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Familiarity with Shopify and Recharge (or similar subscription platforms) is a plus
An AI native, using the best available tools to work faster and smarter

Benefits

Salary £40–45k
Share options
Flexible hybrid working
33 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays).
Cycle to Work scheme.
55% employee discount on all products.
