Job Description
Responsibilities
- You’ll own the mapper growth number.
- You’ll grow our audience alongside our founder, build the funnel from audience to mapper, turn our launch into mapped careers, and report the numbers weekly.
- You’ll ship small growth experiments every week, measure them honestly, and use AI like a power user.
- You’ll report to June Angelides MBE and work closely with Vicky, our fractional CMO, on campaigns.
Requirements
- You have 0 to 2 years in growth, marketing, community or social, or evidence of something you grew yourself, with the numbers.
- You’d rather ship and measure than plan and polish.
- You already use AI daily, and you care about the future of work.
- We hire for mindset over tenure.
