Own ROI through KPI definition, analytics, and data-led optimisation across budgets, profitability and operations.

Lead the development of integrated media strategies across traditional, digital and emerging channels
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building strong long-term partnerships

Oversee media planning operations, including budgets, profitability and resource allocation
Define and track campaign KPIs, using data and analytics to optimise performance and demonstrate ROI
Champion innovation, including the use of emerging technologies such as AI to enhance performance and creativity
Build, lead and develop a diverse, high-performing team in a collaborative and supportive environment

Requirements

Senior leadership experience within a media agency environment
Strong track record managing complex campaigns and high-profile client relationships
Confidence presenting to and partnering with C-suite stakeholders
Deep knowledge of the UK media landscape and emerging industry trends
Strategic, analytical mindset with a passion for measurable impact
Leadership skills that empower teams and support professional growth

Standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30
