Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic vision for media planning, aligning agency goals with client and market opportunities
  • Lead the development of integrated media strategies across traditional, digital and emerging channels
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building strong long-term partnerships
  • Drive new business growth through pitches, partnerships and market opportunity identification
  • Oversee media planning operations, including budgets, profitability and resource allocation
  • Define and track campaign KPIs, using data and analytics to optimise performance and demonstrate ROI
  • Champion innovation, including the use of emerging technologies such as AI to enhance performance and creativity
  • Build, lead and develop a diverse, high-performing team in a collaborative and supportive environment

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience within a media agency environment
  • Strong track record managing complex campaigns and high-profile client relationships
  • Confidence presenting to and partnering with C-suite stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of the UK media landscape and emerging industry trends
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with a passion for measurable impact
  • Leadership skills that empower teams and support professional growth
