Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Building multi-step sales funnels inside HubSpot that generate qualified franchise enquiries.
Creating and improving landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.
Mapping customer journeys and identifying opportunities to improve conversion.
Building intelligent marketing automations and nurture sequences based on customer behaviour.
Using RightMessage to deliver more personalised website experiences.
Connecting HubSpot, WordPress, Elementor and RightMessage into one seamless marketing ecosystem.
Using AI tools to improve efficiency, accelerate content creation and support smarter testing.
Monitoring performance and continually improving how prospects move through the funnel.

Requirements

Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, automation, CRM, reporting, pipeline management and marketing automation.
Experience building and managing customer journeys and automated marketing funnels.
Experience using RightMessage or similar website personalisation tools would be highly beneficial.
Good working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor, with the confidence to create and update landing pages independently.
Strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-focused customer journeys.
Experience using AI tools within a marketing environment to improve productivity and campaign performance.
Experience integrating marketing platforms to create seamless customer experiences.
A proactive approach with the confidence to suggest improvements while remaining hands-on in delivery.
