VacancyTitle: Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging digital content for our social media, website and email channels.
• Scheduling and publishing organic social media content, helping to keep our channels timely, engaging and aligned with our wider activity.
• Supporting digital campaigns and content opportunities, working with teams across Help for Heroes to bring stories, key moments and campaigns to life.
• Helping to optimise our website and digital activity, working alongside colleagues and external agencies to continually improve the supporter experience.
• Supporting digital performance reporting, using data and insights to understand how our channels and campaigns are performing.
• Getting involved across the wider Digital team, gaining experience in areas including social media, email marketing, paid search, SEO, website development, CRO and analytics.

Requirements

• Have an interest in digital marketing and are keen to develop your skills across different channels.
• Are creative and digitally confident, with strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Are organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Enjoy working with data and insights to understand what’s working and why.
• Are a collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a positive, empathetic and friendly approach to your work.
