Tele Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Loading and managing lead data within Vicidial.
• Preparing and organising data for different campaigns.
• Managing lead lists and campaign data.
• Assigning and managing data across campaigns.
• Monitoring campaign performance.
• Managing agent activity through the system.
• Monitoring call volumes, contact rates and other key metrics.
• Identifying data quality issues.
• Troubleshooting common Vicidial issues.
• Working with technical support where more complex problems arise.

Requirements

• Vicidial EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY IMPORTANT.
• Hands-on experience using and managing Vicidial.
• This is not an entry-level management position.
• Experience managing outbound telemarketing teams, appointment setters, lead generation campaigns, B2C sales teams, call centres, and home improvement campaigns is preferred.
• Able to load and manage campaign data and troubleshoot Vicidial issues.
• Proven track record of managing people and producing measurable results.

Preferred

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills would be advantageous.
• Experience within roofing, insulation, solar, windows, doors, renewable energy, home improvements or similar industries would be highly advantageous.
