Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Monitor social media channels daily to respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering positive interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to promote special events, menu updates, and community initiatives.
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future content.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects the lively and welcoming spirit of The Brunch Room.
• Stay informed about social media trends and emerging platforms to keep our digital presence fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply to brand storytelling online.
• Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus.
