Social media and events supervisor

Responsibilities

• Managing the bar’s social media accounts and planning a consistent schedule of content.
• Creating engaging photos, videos, reels and stories that capture the personality of Grace Kelly’s.
• Building excitement around our opening, including renovation updates, team introductions and cocktail previews.
• Promoting live music, sports screenings, events and approved offers.
• Responding professionally to messages and comments, and passing booking enquiries to the relevant team member.
• Bringing fresh ideas to help attract customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Tracking how content performs and sharing a short weekly update with management.
• Supporting bar service, supervising staff and maintaining excellent customer service.
• Working with the manager to keep content accurate, on-brand and published at the right time.

Requirements

• Someone confident creating content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Good photography, short-form video and basic editing skills.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and an organised approach.
• A friendly, approachable personality and confidence working in a busy bar.
• Hospitality experience, ideally with previous team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Someone comfortable working evenings and weekends, including during events.
• Experience using tools such as Canva or CapCut would be an advantage.
• You don’t need a marketing degree, but you should be able to show us examples of content you’ve created and explain what makes it effective.
