Job Summary

Owns end-to-end customer growth by designing a revenue-driven traffic and conversion strategy across e-commerce and physical retail, aligned to margins and budgets.

  • Leads omnichannel growth across online and offline channels.
  • Collaborates with CRM, content and retail teams to build capability within a small marketing squad.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Do you know your AOV from your ROAS? Can you use contribution margin to set a target CPA and build a traffic and conversion strategy that grows sales profitably?
  • We’re looking for a Customer Growth Marketer, ideally with retail experience, to turn cultural curiosity into commercial growth for an internationally recognised institution.
  • The opportunity spans e-commerce and physical retail: attracting the right traffic, converting more visitors into customers and giving them reasons to return. Growing the online shop is a central priority.
  • Proven experience driving qualified traffic and improving conversion is essential. You’ll know how to work backwards from a revenue target, build the marketing strategy behind it and judge when more acquisition spend makes commercial sense.
  • You’ll bring:
  • - E-commerce marketing expertise: a track record of growing qualified traffic, conversion and profitable sales.
  • - Commercial judgement: understanding what you can afford to pay for a customer, accounting for margins, discounts, fulfilment, returns and repeat purchases.
  • - An investigative mindset: identifying what’s holding conversion back—from targeting and product range to pricing, stock and the website journey.
  • - Measurement that informs decisions: distinguishing additional sales from those that would have happened anyway, knowing what to test, what to stop and when to scale.
  • - Omnichannel thinking: connecting the online shop, physical retail and the visitor experience.

  • - Collaborative leadership: working closely with CRM, content and retail colleagues, while giving a small, capable marketing team direction and confidence.
