Job Summary

Own the operations backbone for supplier and merchant spend, turning invoices, onboarding, wallet management, and campaign support into a clean, auditable flow.

Operations and payments: manage invoicing, payment tracking, and triage emails in Salesforce to the right contact.
Partnerships enablement: onboard CoreIQ users, set up media accounts, and communicate spend insights to KAMs and partners.
Campaign support and reporting: share optimization tips, track daily activity, and surface data to drive spend and efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Track invoicing payments with finance and escalate to supplier /seller and partnership manager when overdue.
Set up Media accounts for new merchants and suppliers
Manage wallet top up process and communicate with sellers/suppliers/KAMs and Partnership managers

Own CoreIQ onboarding and user setup
Sponsored product approvals in ad tech system

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience of using CRM tools ideally Salesforce
Strong attention to detail & organisation skills.
Very proficient in using Microsoft office specifically Excel.
Experience of using mass communication tools such as mail merge
