Job Summary

Own training across London retail for a major tech brand, delivering and standardizing in-store and virtual programs while building scalable content tied to product launches.

  • Training Execution: Deliver 1:1 and group sessions and coach field teams for product knowledge and advocacy.
  • Content & Delivery: Build engaging materials and tools (one-pagers, decks, video) aligned to campaigns.
  • Insights & Alignment: Share performance insights to inform future activity and ensure consistent field execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 and group training sessions, both in-store and virtually
  • Coach retail teams and field colleagues to improve product knowledge and advocacy
  • Support consistent delivery of training across the field team
  • Drive high standards of execution across key London stores
  • Ensure strong product visibility, engagement, and brand presence
  • Share insights to inform future activity and improve performance
  • Build clear, engaging training materials, including:
  • One-pagers and quick reference guides
  • PowerPoint decks and structured learning content
  • Interactive and gamified tools
  • Short-form video content
  • Ensure content is aligned to product launches and campaign priorities

Requirements

  • A full, manual driving licence is essential (with no more than 6 points or previous bans).

Preferred

  • Experience delivering training in retail, tech, or FMCG environments
  • strong capability in creating high-quality training content
  • strong communicator and presenter
  • experience in supporting or delivering events
  • strong stakeholder, management and collaboration skills
