Job Description

Responsibilities

Leading the planning, promotion, and delivery of events, webinars, and stakeholder engagement activities to maximise participation and impact.
Collaborating with business leads and sector teams to align events and marketing activity with programme objectives, priorities, and timelines.
Developing engaging content and promotional assets to support event marketing, delivery, and post-event follow-up activities.
Managing relationships with external suppliers, partners, and speakers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality events.
Championing the attendee experience by gathering feedback, evaluating outcomes, and implementing improvements.
Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on event participation, engagement, outreach metrics, and overall performance.
Maintaining and managing event pipelines, trackers, dashboards, budgets, workflows, and reporting systems to ensure effective coordination and delivery.
Coordinating cross-functional inputs from marketing, digital, stakeholder engagement, and business teams to deliver integrated campaigns and activities.
Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, data governance requirements, marketing policies, and budget management processes.
Analysing performance data, evaluating marketing effectiveness, benchmarking results, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

Experience developing and delivering events (online and face to face)
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers to coordinate delivery.
Experience in the design and delivery of marketing strategies and plans to support programmes/products.
Degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
Right to work in the UK

Preferred

Experience in the cultural, youth, sport, training, education or charitable sectors.
Experience in a global or international organisation.
Experience in marketing operations, campaign planning or performance tracking.
Experience in content commissioning.
Experience of Cvent events platform
