Job Summary

Own multi channel guest flow and local marketing for a golf shop and simulator venue, with hands on ownership of in person experiences, bookings and social content to drive footfall and engagement.

  • Own guest flow and bookings for the shop and simulator venue, including events and promotions.
  • Lead social presence from planning to publishing and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Build local partnerships and community outreach to attract new customers and promote simulator experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers into the golf shop and simulator venue
  • Managing simulator bookings and ensuring customers have a great experience
  • Opening and closing the premises when required
  • Providing excellent customer service both in-store and online
  • Assisting customers with golf equipment, products and services
  • Managing and assisting with multiple social media accounts
  • Creating, scheduling and publishing social media content
  • Responding to messages, comments and customer enquiries
  • Assisting with photography and video content creation
  • Packing and dispatching customer orders on a daily basis
