Job Summary

Own field training delivery and trainer enablement for Logitech retail presence across the UK, driving product knowledge, engagement, and brand execution in London stores and events.

  • Own in-store and virtual training programs and materials aligned to product launches and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Account Manager and field teams to ensure consistent training delivery and strong store presence.
  • Share insights to boost future activity and performance, with stakeholder management across retail and events.

Job Description

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 and group training sessions, both in-store and virtually
  • Coach retail teams and field colleagues to improve product knowledge and advocacy
  • Support consistent delivery of training across the field team
  • Drive high standards of execution across key London stores
  • Ensure strong product visibility, engagement, and brand presence
  • Share insights to inform future activity and improve performance
  • Build clear, engaging training materials, including: One-pagers and quick reference guides; PowerPoint decks and structured learning content; Interactive and gamified tools; Short-form video content; Ensure content is aligned to product launches and campaign priorities
  • Support the delivery of Logitech’s training strategy across the UK, working closely with the Account Manager, client stakeholders, and field team
  • Act as a key contact for training and event activity
  • Align training, execution, and commercial goals
