Job Summary

Own and drive media planning across multiple brands by shaping strategy with the Planning Director, delivering campaigns that are on time and impact-oriented, while building strong client partnerships and cross-team collaboration.

  • Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with the Planning Director to shape strategy and ensure consistently strong output.
  • Campaign Delivery: Take ownership of day-to-day delivery, ensuring plans are executed smoothly and effectively.
  • Client & Team Partnerships: Build trusted client relationships and coordinate with internal specialists for joined-up campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning process across key brands, delivering considered, high-impact media plans that drive measurable results
  • Partner closely with the Planning Director to shape strategy and ensure consistently high-quality output
  • Take ownership of day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring plans are executed smoothly and effectively
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, becoming a reliable and proactive point of contact
  • Identify and share new media opportunities that unlock growth for your clients
  • Support and develop a Planning Executive, providing guidance, feedback and clear progression support
  • Collaborate with internal teams and specialists to ensure joined-up thinking across channels and campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience in media planning, with the confidence to manage campaigns and priorities effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on finding solutions and driving continuous improvement
  • Experience supporting or leading client relationships in a professional environment
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across planning and delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects while maintaining quality and clarity
  • A supportive and inclusive leadership approach, with an interest in developing others
