Job Summary

Build and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads, turning data into wins for ROAS and conversions.

Campaign Ownership: Manage end-to-end campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads with clear performance targets.
Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to identify and scale opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent, efficient campaign operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads
Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and performance tracking
Support campaign scaling, budget adjustments, and audience targeting strategies
Analyze creative performance and contribute to ongoing campaign improvements
Maintain organized campaign structures and reporting processes
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign consistency and operational efficiency

Requirements

Practical experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaign management
Understanding of paid media optimization, audience targeting, and campaign structures
Familiarity with performance metrics and data-driven decision making
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
Good communication and teamwork abilities
