Job Summary

Own paid media execution across Google, Meta, affiliates and partners to acquire new customers, while running AB tests, reporting KPIs, and shaping budget and strategy with cross-functional teams.

  • Own the paid media plan and calendar across channels with copy, content, social, creative, and ecommerce partners.
  • Partner with Rakuten and affiliate managers to grow the affiliate channel and drive measurable impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to execute the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliates, and wider channels to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Execute the paid media trading calendar working with copy, content, social, creative and ecommerce teams to drive relevancy, commercial messages and thoughtful user journeys.
  • Brief, build, manage proofing process, execute, and monitor sales across our paid channel’s vs target.
  • Work with our Rakuten account manager and key affiliate partners to nurture, develop and drive growth in our affiliate channel.
  • Execute and develop an AB testing plan, sharing learnings across the Collection.
  • Report and draw insights for all KPIS from paid channels on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Assist with budget planning, forecasting and overall strategy development.
  • Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
  • Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years’ experience within a Digital Marketing team looking after acquisition channels including Google and Meta.
  • Preferably 1-year hands of directly hands on/executional experience in platform (this can be agency side or in house).
  • 1+ years’ experience working within ecommerce, preferably within a multi retailer or within the luxury sector.
  • Experience with GA4 and Excel is essential.
  • Digital experience within hospitality and experience with Rakuten would be a benefit.
  • Strong presentation/communication skills, great organisational/administrative skills.
  • Able to work seamlessly with colleagues, including the e-Commerce, Creative and Marketing teams.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise multiple content requirements across the business.
  • A thirst to learning more about paid media in a fast paced, multi brand environment.
  • Google Ads certification is a bonus.

Preferred

  • SEO skills are a plus but not essential.
  • Google Ads certification is a bonus.
  • Digital experience within hospitality and experience with Rakuten would be a benefit.
