Own and drive cross-channel paid media optimization across Search and Social, turning data into stories, testing tactics, and collaborating with Strategists to raise performance.

  • Cross-channel execution and automation
  • Data storytelling and analytics
  • Market intelligence and collaboration

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a dynamic, cross-channel position. At this level, we want you working across both Paid Search and Paid Social, giving you the opportunity to build a highly versatile, multi-disciplinary skill set.
  • You won't just be pulling levers or pulling reports; we want you to dig into the "why" behind the numbers across the entire media mix.
  • You will take raw data and turn it into compelling stories, actively proposing new tactics, and setting up rigorous experiments to improve performance on both search engines and social platforms.
  • You will be fully supported by a brilliant team of Strategists who will help you refine your technical craft across Google, Meta, and beyond.
  • We will help you deepen your commercial awareness, build your confidence in presenting insights, and provide you with all the tailored training you need to eventually step up into a dual-channel Strategist role.
  • Please note, this role is a hybrid role, in line with our flexible working policy. We look to hire candidates who are no more than a 90 minute journey away from our office locations to ensure your personal time is protected and that you're able to travel into the office when necessary.
  • Cross-Channel Execution & Automation
  • Data Storytelling & Analytics
  • Market Intelligence & Teamwork
  • Commercial Awareness

Requirements

  • A Multi-Channel Learner: You have a solid hands-on foundation in either PPC or Paid Social (or both!) and are genuinely excited to work across disciplines to master the full Paid Media mix.
  • A Tactical Thinker: You are ready to move from simply executing tasks to actively planning data-driven tactics and experiments across platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
  • A Data Storyteller: You don't just report on what happened; you explain why it happened. You love digging into analytics to find the narrative behind the numbers.
  • Commercially Aware: You understand that platform metrics (like CPC, CTR, and CPA) are only valuable if they connect to the client's wider business goals (like revenue and ROI).
  • Proactive & Collaborative: You keep a close eye on the market. If you spot a threat or an opportunity, you are the first to bring it to the team. You are eager to learn from the Strategists above you, while also sharing your own insights to help the whole department succeed.
  • You will have a minimum of 12 months of direct industry experience.
