Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a marketing strategy aligned with Wilson Vale's growth ambitions and commercial objectives.
• Champion our brand, showcasing our distinctive approach to food, service and hospitality.
• Create engaging campaigns, digital content and social media communications.
• Bring our food, chefs, people and client partnerships to life through compelling storytelling.
• Support Business Development with tenders, pitches, presentations and new business opportunities.
• Develop marketing materials, case studies and proposals that communicate what makes Wilson Vale different.
• Create initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, client retention and organic growth.
• Work with chefs and operational teams to deliver food-led promotions and marketing activity across our sites.
• Visit client sites to understand customer needs, identify opportunities and ensure our brand is brought to life effectively.
• Monitor market trends, customer insight and competitor activity to inform new ideas.

Requirements

• A minimum of four years' experience in a marketing role, with a proven ability to deliver effective marketing plans and campaigns.
• A formal qualification in Marketing or Business.
• Strong creative skills and an excellent eye for detail and visual presentation.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media and online communications.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to tell a compelling brand story.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports business growth and customer retention.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and teams across different functions.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience using customer insight, market trends and campaign data to inform decisions.
• A proactive, hands-on approach, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership.
