Job Description
Responsibilities
- Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns across digital, print, email, social, PR and direct marketing.
- Brand & Content: Create and coordinate engaging content, website updates, marketing collateral, POS materials and brand assets.
- Creative Production: Organise photoshoots and manage creative briefs, designers, agencies and external suppliers.
- Events & PR: Coordinate trade shows, brand activations, press activity and partnership marketing.
- Delivery & Performance: Own campaign timelines, budgets and execution, track results and work closely with the commercial team to support lead generation and business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally within B2B.
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion.
- Creative, commercially minded and confident contributing ideas.
- Exceptionally organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Strong written communication skills and an excellent eye for brand detail.
- Hands-on, resourceful and happy working in a fast-paced, independent business.
