Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous growth of Filler Warehouse, delivering marketing activity that drives immediate visibility and engagement
• Develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy focused on rapid growth and measurable outcomes
• Bring continuous new ideas, campaigns and creative approaches to increase reach and market presence to Senior Management Team
• Manage and optimise marketing budgets, ensuring strong commercial return and performance
• Oversee digital channels including website, SEO, campaigns and analytics to drive traffic and conversion
• Lead PR, brand development, live events across uk, campaigns and external engagement
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing supports business growth and commercial priorities
• Use data and insight to drive decisions, improve performance and maximise ROI
• Continuously test new approaches, challenge existing thinking and drive innovation
• Work closely with Filler Warehouse Leadership Team on Marketing Strategies to increase revenue across the business.

Requirements

• Previous marketing experience and experience of managing a team
• Experience implementing new projects and demonstrate company growth from previous roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident using Canva and video editing tools
• Familiar with major social media platforms
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn our brand
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite and improving performance

Preferred

• Basic photography or video editing skills
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms using (Klaviyo)
• Experience using Shopify
• Knowledge or interest for the Aesthetics industry
