Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Create annual marketing plans, campaigns and budgets.
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Work as part of the global marketing team and with senior leadership to ensure marketing activities support wider business goals.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
• Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Develop SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn and emerging channels.
• Create and execute optimised integrated marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows, managing timelines, budgets and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally with responsibility for campaign management and strategy.
• Strong digital marketing experience including SEO, content marketing, email marketing and social media.
• Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Marketing Degree, CIM qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering or B2B sectors.
• Experience managing websites and CMS platforms.
• Experience organising exhibitions and trade events.
• Basic graphic design and video editing experience.
