Junior Growth and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Help create content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email and other digital channels
• Support marketing campaigns aimed at engaged couples and wedding venues
• Write engaging social media, email and campaign copy
• Create graphics and marketing assets using tools such as Canva
• Help manage our content calendar and campaign launches
• Support PR, partnerships and collaborations
• Research trends across weddings, technology, travel and consumer behaviour
• Help grow The VenueVerse waitlist and community ahead of launch
• Research and identify potential venue partners
• Support outreach campaigns to wedding venues across the UK and internationally

Requirements

• You might be a recent graduate, have your first year or two of marketing experience, or be looking for an opportunity to move into a fast-growing startup.
• You'll probably be someone who:
• - Loves marketing, brands and social media
• - Is naturally curious and full of ideas
• - Is confident communicating with new people
• - Has a commercial mindset and understands that marketing should drive growth
• - Can write confidently and clearly
• - Is organised and comfortable juggling different projects
• - Enjoys researching businesses and spotting opportunities
• - Is comfortable with technology and learning new tools
