Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the overall brand, growth and e-commerce strategy.
Scale profitable online revenue while protecting margin and improving customer lifetime value.
Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty and subscription strategies to increase repeat purchase and retention.
Own the digital trading calendar, promotions, merchandising and online commercial performance.
Optimise Shopify customer journeys, landing pages, product pages and conversion rates.
Use customer insight and data to shape propositions, product launches and marketing campaigns.
Work alongside our paid media agency to improve customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC and overall marketing effectiveness.
Build and lead a high-performing remote marketing team across CRM, content, creative, SEO, analytics and e-commerce.
Manage PR, influencer activity and social commerce, including opportunities such as TikTok Shop.
Lead Customer Services as a key driver of customer experience, retention and brand advocacy.

Requirements

Experience leading growth, e-commerce, CRM or commercial marketing within a DTC business.
A proven track record of scaling online revenue while improving profitability.
Strong experience with Shopify, Klaviyo (or equivalent CRM platforms) and digital trading.
Expertise across customer acquisition, retention, conversion optimisation and subscription models.
Experience leading remote teams, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent commercial judgement supported by strong analytical skills.
The confidence to operate as part of a senior leadership team while remaining hands-on when needed.

Preferred

Experience within premium FMCG, food, grocery, health, subscription businesses or other repeat-purchase consumer brands would be highly advantageous.
