• Find what is preventing growth, fix it, prove the acquisition model and build the roadmap to scale.
• Traffic → Registration → Checkout → Customer → CAC → Revenue → Retention
• Google Ads and paid acquisition
• CRO and landing pages
• GA4 / GTM / attribution
• Customer acquisition funnels
• Mobile conversion
• SEO commercial strategy
• Affiliate growth
• CRM and lifecycle marketing

Requirements

• Experience in Prop Trading, CFD, Forex Brokerage, Fintech, Trading Platforms or Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's (required)
• Prop Trading / CFD / Forex Brokerage / Fintech Growth: 3 years (required)
• Growth / Performance Marketing / Customer Acquisition : 5 years (required)
• Work Location: In person

Preferred
