Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• SaaS go-to-market: set the growth strategy and execute it hands-on across channels such as influencer partnerships, email, AEO/SEO & paid channels. Then build a team around it as the business grows.
• YouTube content agency GTM execution: launch, manage & adapt cold out-reach campaign (LinkedIn & Email) and book sales calls for the founders.
• Organic Marketing: you will manage the sales funnels/newletters for LinkedIn Organic & YouTube organic (content will be handled by the founder).
• Performance & Reporting
• Finance and operations: run our financial systems, reporting, billing and internal operations
• Hiring: lead recruitment for internal roles

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with hands-on experience building and running B2B growth channels
• Experience running a multi-channel client acquisition strategy for B2B
• Experience managing a CRM like HubSpot or Instantly.
• Previous startup experience in a growth/marketing role (SaaS preferred)
• Experience taking a SaaS product to market at an early stage & scaling
• AI native: You integrate advanced AI agent workflows and efficiency at the core of everything you do, but you do not outsource creative or critical thinking to AI.
• Strong commercial writing and communication
• Comfortable with financial basics and building decks, spreadsheets and dashboards
• Self-directed and able to run several workstreams at once

Preferred

• Experience in an operations role
• Experience running affiliate, partner or creator programmes
• Knowledge of the YouTube or creator economy
