Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver marketing campaigns on time and within budget, and act as guardian of the BakeRite brand
Build target account lists in HubSpot, set up lead scoring and routing, and qualify website enquiries before handing them to Sales
Create landing pages, gated content and targeted email campaigns, and lead our move of email marketing into HubSpot
Manage the website, SEO and LinkedIn, including a weekly post and a monthly market update
Use Claude and other AI tools daily to build repeatable workflows that research markets and accounts, draft content and automate routine tasks
Keep HubSpot data clean and report monthly on leads, conversion and campaign results
Produce sales collateral, including the company presentation, product sheets and the annual brochure and catalogue, and organise trade shows, client visits and sample packs

Requirements

2–3 years’ B2B marketing experience
Hands-on HubSpot (or similar CRM and email platform) experience
Practical use of generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot at work, with examples you can show us
Website CMS, SEO and LinkedIn experience, with working knowledge of UK GDPR and PECR as they apply to marketing
Excellent written English, with strong copywriting and proofreading skills
Strong analytical skills and confidence with data, Excel and reporting
Well organised, with experience planning events, visits or similar logistics

Preferred

Food, ingredients, bakery, FMCG or B2B manufacturing experience
HubSpot Academy certifications
Experience building AI-driven workflows (Claude projects and skills, Zapier, Make)
Canva and/or Adobe skills, plus photography and video
A marketing degree or CIM qualification
Full UK driving licence
