Job Summary

Own and optimise paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta, lead performance marketing, and drive CRM-aligned campaigns to grow acquisition, retention and LTV.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the Performance Marketing Assistant and Digital Marketing Executive.
Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce and Customer Services to ensure campaigns are aligned across all customer touchpoints.
Use analytics and customer insights to make informed commercial recommendations and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Google Ads, particularly Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
Experience running and optimising Meta advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and advertising platforms to measure and improve performance.
Commercially minded with a passion for testing, optimisation and continuous improvement.
An understanding of CRM, email marketing or customer lifecycle marketing. Experience is advantageous but not essential.
Experience managing or mentoring team members is desirable.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in building great customer experiences.
