Freelance Social Media and Brand Promoter

Responsibilities

• Partner Brand Management: Curate, draft, and manage thought-leadership content for partners’ personal social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn, X, and relevant industry forums) to establish their authority and expand their commercial networks.
• Corporate Social Strategy: Develop and execute tailored campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Facebook, and Instagram to raise the firm's profile and generate qualified inbound enquiries.
• Community Engagement & Monitoring: Actively track and participate in high-intent niche communities (including relevant subreddits, LinkedIn groups, and legal/business forums) in a compliant, authentic, and professional tone.
• Content Creation: Produce insightful, polished written posts, client case summaries, legal/industry updates, and short-form multimedia that resonate with corporate and individual clients.
• Performance & Reporting: Monitor engagement metrics, inbound leads, and audience growth using scheduling and analytics tools, refining strategy based on real commercial results.

Requirements

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing or social campaigns specifically for professional firms (law firms, consultancies, accountancies) or high-profile individual partners.
• Platform Mastery: Thorough, platform-native understanding of LinkedIn (personal and corporate) and Reddit (community etiquette, reputation management, and organic authority building), alongside mainstream channels.
• Tone & Discretion: Exceptional written English with the ability to capture a sophisticated, partner-level voice while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional discretion.
• Self-Directed: Ability to operate autonomously as a remote freelancer, meeting regular publishing deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva).
