Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating and managing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
Planning and delivering social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Creating engaging photography, video, reels, stories and written content.
Identifying and managing relationships with influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors.
Coordinating influencer collaborations and measuring campaign performance.
Supporting email, website updates, and SEO/GEO.
Monitoring digital and social media performance and reporting on results.
Identifying new digital trends, platforms and opportunities to increase reach, engagement and conversion.
Supporting seasonal campaigns, promotions and events through digital marketing and social media.
Working with the wider marketing team and external agencies to deliver creative campaigns and projects.

Requirements

Experience in social media or digital marketing, or relevant degree/project experience.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Experience creating engaging digital content.
An understanding of digital campaigns and social media analytics.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A creative eye and strong attention to detail.
An interest in influencer marketing and content creators.

Preferred

Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing, and wordpress would be advantageous.
