Write engaging, commercially focused content for emails, blogs, landing pages, social posts, product campaigns, and sales materials.
Produce digital and print assets such as campaign graphics, email banners, website visuals, brochures, flyers, and social content.
Assist paid advertising across Google Ads, paid social, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns; monitor performance.
Track and report campaign performance across website traffic, SEO visibility, email, social, paid ads, and leads.
Support Magento ecommerce updates, category content, banners, landing pages, and campaign support; manage WordPress content and SEO improvements.
Use Salesforce for campaign tracking, customer segmentation, lead management, and reporting; support email marketing with copy, design, testing, scheduling, and reporting.
Maintain content calendars, ensure on-time delivery, ensure brand consistency, and identify opportunities from data; collaborate with Sales, Ecommerce, Product, CX, and other teams.
Maintain GDPR compliance and data accuracy.

Requirements

3+ years experience in a digital marketing role.
Experience across multiple brands, product areas, or campaign types.
Hands-on SEO experience including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, metadata, and performance tracking (SEMrush or similar).
Experience using GA4 or similar analytics platforms to monitor performance.
Experience creating, scheduling, and reporting on social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, paid social, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns.
Experience with email marketing including building, testing, scheduling, segmentation, reporting, and optimization.
Experience creating content for digital campaigns, emails, websites, landing pages, blogs, and social media.
Experience creating campaign assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
Experience or eagerness to learn Magento for ecommerce content, product updates, pages, banners, promotions, or campaign support.
Experience or eagerness to learn WordPress for website content management, blog uploads, landing pages, and page updates.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for campaign tracking, lead management, segmentation, or reporting.
