Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• The Digital Executive’s mission is to deliver innovative digital marketing tactics, growing the return on investment from digital marketing activity; with a focus on maximising our email database.
• On marketing, you will own the full digital funnel from acquisition through to conversion and retention.
• Assist with SEO, paid, CRO and CRM strategy and implementation.
• Assist with liaison with various specialist agencies.
• Establish the digital growth plan to drive traffic, user acquisition, conversion and retention; prioritising gaps and quantifying progress in line with KPI’s for business priorities.
• Support the development of outbound focused technology within the business.
• Analysing ROI and recommending changes, if required.
• Manage and develop various Marketplace Channels; inc. Amazon, eBay, OnBuy and Fruugo.

Requirements

• Data driven, fuelled by insights and knowledge.
• Technically minded with a thorough understanding of digital marketing technologies
• A performance focused individual with an analytical mind
• Obsessed with testing and conversion, experienced with Google Analytics (ideally 360)
• Exposure to ESP Software, preferably Pure 360 | Spotler
• Google Ads, Canva, Google Analytics, CMS, Facebook Ads, Pure360|Spotler, Microsoft Office (Excel), HTML, Database Understanding
• Digital Marketing: 1 year (required)
