Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead digital growth
• Develop and deliver a practical digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and individual clinic needs.
• Identify opportunities across search, AI-powered discovery, content, websites and customer journeys.
• Translate plans into clear actions, deadlines and measurable outcomes.
• Adapt activity using performance data and feedback from clinic teams.
• Build visibility across SEO and GEO
• Take hands-on ownership of SEO, including technical, on-page, content and local-search improvements.
• Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) activity to help potential customers discover our sites through AI-generated answers and recommendations.
• Improve the clarity, structure, credibility and usefulness of our treatment and clinic content.
• Monitor emerging search behaviour, test approaches and evaluate their contribution to enquiries and bookings.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering commercial results in a hands-on digital marketing role.
• Strong practical SEO expertise and a working understanding of GEO and AI-powered customer discovery.
• Evidence of applying AI tools to real marketing projects, with clear quality controls.
• A sound understanding of PPC and the ability to assess and challenge agency performance.
• Experience improving websites, landing pages and enquiry conversion.
• Confidence using analytics, search-performance and conversion-tracking tools.
• The ability to lead priorities while personally delivering substantial parts of the work.
• Clear communication, sound judgement and effective management of colleagues and external partners.
• Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, dentistry or a business serving customers across multiple locations would be an advantage.
