Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the development and delivery of annual digital marketing plans
Own digital channels and assets, including email, web, social, mobile and e-ticketing
Plan and deliver digital campaigns to support event sales
Manage SEO, PPC, paid social and digital advertising activity
Monitor performance, produce reports and demonstrate ROI
Grow the customer database and provide customer and market insight
Support digital brand management and identify new technologies and opportunities

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ commercial digital marketing experience, in-house or agency
Experience with email marketing platforms, websites and CMS
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, display and social media marketing
Experience delivering effective, multi-channel digital campaigns
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in events, hospitality, leisure or sport
Experience with CRM, e-ticketing or database marketing
Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital reporting tools
