Lead Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and AI-enabled creative from ideation to measurement
Build and optimize funnels, landing pages and CRO with analytics and automation

Job Description

Responsibilities

Your job is simple: help us acquire more customers, convert more of them and grow profitably.
You’ll work across:
• Google Ads & PPC
• Paid acquisition and campaign optimisation
• Analytics, attribution and data-driven decisions
• Conversion rate optimisation, websites, landing pages and funnels
• SEO, local search and emerging AI search
• Meta campaigns and paid social
• AI-assisted ad creative, images, video and copy
• Tracking, reporting and performance analysis

Requirements

2+ years’ hands-on commercial digital marketing experience
Strong PPC/paid acquisition experience
A data-driven, commercially focused mindset
Good understanding of conversion and CRO
A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology
A willingness to learn, experiment and challenge existing thinking
Experience across SEO, Meta, landing pages, tracking, automation or AI-assisted development is a bonus.
Agency experience is useful, but not essential.
We care less about where you learnt your skills — university, agency, courses, YouTube, Reddit, AI, documentation or experimentation — and more about what you can actually do.
You don’t need to be a designer or videographer.
