Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute innovative social media campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Manage daily content posting across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok and others.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate reports to optimise future strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual and written content.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organisations.
• Office experience or administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and scheduling software.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content tailored to different audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in digital marketing within a collaborative setting. Prior experience in office or administrative roles will be considered an asset but is not mandatory.
